Return and replacement

Without prejudice to your right to withdraw from the contract (see standard instructions on withdrawal, withdrawal form template and Art. 11 of the General Conditions of Sale) and to the Statutory Warranty of Conformity and the Manufacturer’s Additional Warranty under arts. 12 and 13 of the General Conditions of Sale, you may return any product purchased on www.adorote.it within 14 days from delivery.

For any product return/replacement, please follow these simple steps:
To change size or colour, please fill in the return form and repeat the order.
The price of the returned product will be credited back in full and will appear on your account after 5/10 business days.
Adoro Te reserves the right to reject items that are not returned within 14 days from delivery and that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.
For further information, please contact our Customer Care Service at +39 050 6203125; fill in the online return form for the purchased product. Send an email to Customer Care at Customercare@adorote.it, indicating your preferred time slot for product collection: 8am-1pm/2pm- 5pm place the product that you wish to return and the return form, duly filled in, in the same box with which the purchased product was sent or, if you prefer, in another box that is equally robust and of a similar size;
close the package and stick on it the pre-printed address on the return form with the address; if you are using the same box with which you were sent the purchased product, please make sure that the return label completely covers the information of the first shipment; call UPS at +39 02 30303039 or contact it on www.ups.com to schedule collection of the package you wish to return.
If you have lost the UPS label, contact UPS to schedule collection and ask them to bring you a new label, filling it in with the following data:

Tick "Standard Service" and "Bill Recipient” on the new label as payment terms, and indicate the following UPS code of the recipient: ?. The return service via UPS that we offer is prepaid and will ensure you are reimbursed if the product that you have returned is lost or stolen during shipment to our warehouse. If you prefer, you can choose a courier other than UPS but, in this case, you will bear all shipping costs. If you rely on a courier of your choice, please also cover shipment with insurance in order to be reimbursed in case of theft or loss.

To duly return the product you have purchased, please remember that it must be delivered to UPS, following the procedure indicated above, or to another courier, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product that you have purchased and wish to replace. Calzaturificio Augusta reserves the right to reject any return requests that are communicated after the said 14-day term or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received by the Customer; in this case, the price paid for the originally purchased product will not be refunded.

Where all the requirements and conditions indicated above are met:
without undue delay, and in any case within 3 business days from receipt of the package containing the returned product, we will credit back the amount paid for the product (excluding any delivery costs incurred by the Customer to purchase the returned product and any additional cost paid, as resulting from the order). The amount will be credited using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. You will also be sent an email confirming the refund.
